Try before you pay
The core SimDeckOS plugin is free, so you can confirm it works with your sim and Stream Deck before subscribing to Premium.
Cancellation
Cancel your subscription anytime from the billing portal — your Premium access stays active until the end of the current paid period and won't renew.
Refunds
If something isn't working, email support@simdeckos.com within 14 days of a charge and we'll make it right, including a refund where appropriate. EU/UK consumers retain their statutory rights. Payments and refunds are processed by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy.
