Questions & answers

Everything about sims, hardware, pricing and setup. Still stuck? email us.

Is SimDeckOS free?

Yes — the core plugin is free forever, with flags, value-aware key & dial designs, profiles, multi-device and touch-strip scenes. StreamLogic Premium is an optional subscription that adds the pro telemetry layer.

Which sims does it work with?

Any sim SimHub supports. SimDeckOS uses telemetry-by-name, so a value like “TC” or “Delta” resolves to each game’s properties automatically — iRacing, ACC, Assetto Corsa, rFactor 2, Le Mans Ultimate, Automobilista 2, F1 and more, with zero per-game setup.

What do I need to run it?

Windows 10 or 11, SimHub (free), and an Elgato Stream Deck plus the Stream Deck software. One installer sets up both the SimHub plugin and the Stream Deck companion.

Which Stream Deck models are supported?

All of them — Mini, MK.2, XL, Neo and the Stream Deck + (with dials and the touch strip). You can run several decks at once, each with its own pages and presses.

Why does Windows warn me when I run the installer?

The installer isn’t code-signed yet, so Windows SmartScreen may show a warning on first run. Click “More info → Run anyway”. It’s safe — code signing is on the roadmap.

How much is Premium, and how am I billed?

StreamLogic Premium is a subscription — monthly or yearly (yearly is cheaper). Billing and tax are handled securely by our payment provider as merchant of record. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal.

How many machines can one Premium licence activate?

Your licence activates on up to a small number of machines (e.g. your sim rig and a laptop). You can manage and deactivate machines from the billing portal.

Does Premium keep working offline?

Yes. Once activated, Premium validates periodically with an offline grace window, so a flaky connection won’t lock you out mid-session.

Can I cancel or get a refund?

You can cancel anytime and keep Premium until the period ends. Refunds are handled per our refund policy — see the Refunds page or email support.

Is SimDeckOS affiliated with Elgato or SimHub?

No. SimDeckOS is an independent plugin built on top of SimHub for Elgato Stream Deck hardware. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by either company.
