A Stream Deck also needs Elgato’s Stream Deck app, and a Ulanzi deck needs Ulanzi Studio. The SimDeckOS installer adds its companion to whichever of them you already have.
The account is how the app knows your rig is yours. It backs up your whole setup, so a new or reinstalled PC gets it back in one step. It opens the library of car sets, layouts, looks and icon packs, where you can also publish your own. And it carries Premium, if you have it, to any PC you sign in on. The account itself is free.
Why does Windows warn me when I run the installer?
SimDeckOS reads eight sims with its own readers: Assetto Corsa, Le Mans Ultimate, Assetto Corsa Competizione, Assetto Corsa EVO, iRacing, rFactor 2, Automobilista 2, and RaceRoom. In Assetto Corsa, iRacing, and Le Mans Ultimate it also sends commands back into the game (90 of them), so a key can change something in the sim, not only show it.
Other sims that SimHub supports work too: 74 of the 123 values fall back to SimHub’s own telemetry, one value at a time.

Any other wheel or button box can be added as a universal device: you describe its buttons and dials, and it gets the same control layer, without lighting.
No. A wheel-only rig is a supported setup: the PXN GT One, MOZA KS Pro, and Simagic GT Neo carry the cockpit on their own. The Stream Deck is the usual starting point because it is the device most sim racers already own.
Nothing is deleted. Each device goes back to its first layout, and your other layouts, themes and designs stay in the app, dimmed, exactly as you left them. Renew and they come back as they were.
Supporter is everything in Premium, and it supports development. It switches early-access builds on for you (anyone can turn them on in the app, and you can turn them off any time). The creator tools, your own cues and the car recorder, will come to Supporter when they are built; they are not in the app yet, so today Supporter gets you what Premium does.
Premium is a subscription, monthly or yearly; yearly works out cheaper per month. The prices are not final yet: the pricing page shows the current figures, marked as provisional.
The app checks your account when it starts. Without a connection, your cockpit stays exactly as you set it up: no layout, theme or design is taken away. The parts that need the account check, such as StreamLogic and Looks, come back as soon as the check goes through.
You can cancel any time and keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds follow our withdrawal and refund policy on the Withdrawal & refunds page.
No. SimDeckOS is an independent product that runs as a SimHub plugin and works with Elgato Stream Deck hardware, among other devices. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by either company.
