Nothing is deleted if you stop: A lapsed plan keeps every layout, theme and design you made, dimmed. Renew and they come back exactly as they were.
Every plan needs a free account: The app signs in with a SimDeckOS account. It syncs your rig, opens the library and carries your plan to every PC you sign in on.

Billing questions

What is Supporter?

Supporter is everything in Premium, and it supports development. It switches early-access builds on for you (anyone can turn them on in the app, and you can turn them off any time). The creator tools, your own cues and the car recorder, will come to Supporter when they are built; they are not in the app yet, so today Supporter gets you what Premium does.

How much is Premium, and how am I billed?

Premium is a subscription, monthly or yearly; yearly works out cheaper per month. The prices are not final yet: the pricing page shows the current figures, marked as provisional.

Is Premium tied to one PC?

No. Premium belongs to your account, not to a PC or a licence key. Sign in on any rig and it is there.

Does Premium work offline?

The app checks your account when it starts. Without a connection, your cockpit stays exactly as you set it up: no layout, theme or design is taken away. The parts that need the account check, such as StreamLogic and Looks, come back as soon as the check goes through.

Can I cancel or get a refund?

You can cancel any time and keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds follow our withdrawal and refund policy on the Withdrawal & refunds page.
