SimDeckOS ("we") operates simdeckos.com and the SimDeckOS desktop software. Contact: support@simdeckos.com.

What we collect

• This website is static and sets no tracking cookies. Privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics may be used; no personal profiles.
• The app makes an anonymous version check to simdeckos.com (no account or personal data sent) to tell you when an update is available.
• Purchases are processed by our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy), the merchant of record. They collect the billing data needed to take payment; we receive only order/license details, not your card.
• Licensing: activating Premium sends a license key and an anonymous machine identifier to validate your subscription.

Your rights

You can request access to or deletion of any data we hold by emailing support@simdeckos.com. Billing data is handled by Lemon Squeezy under their privacy policy.
