Shipping the DLLs without this file does not satisfy that. The font licences carry comparable attribution terms. ⚠ Until 2026-09-01 the installer shipped NO licence material at all, while already distributing Roboto and Orbitron. SimDeckOS icon set - THK84 (Tim) https://overtake.gg USED BY THE AUTHOR'S EXPRESS PERMISSION. Not an open-source licence. The vector icon catalogue that SimDeckOS ships (the SVG paths behind the built-in icons) is THK84's work. Permission to use it in this plugin was asked for and granted in a public thread on overtake.gg on 2026-08-09, in an exchange that promised him a credit in return - the credit in Settings > About > Credits & third-party licences is that promise being kept. Scope, stated plainly because a permission has edges a licence would not: - granted to SimDeckOS, for the SVG paths - it does NOT travel to a fork or to anyone redistributing this source - widening what the art is used for means asking THK84 again ================================================================================ 0b. Stream Deck device mockups - Figma community file "Elgato Stream Deck for Designers - Mockup + Icons" https://www.figma.com/community/file/1151917680772262951 Licence: Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/ The Stream Deck device pictures in the Layouts and Dashboard pages (18 images for MK.2, XL, XL Plus, SD+, Neo) are from that file, and DeckVector's deck geometry is traced from the same art. CC BY 4.0 permits adaptation, and REQUIRES attribution - which is what this entry is. Not covered by it: Elgato's wordmark and roundel are trademarks. A CC licence on artwork is not a trademark grant, and that question is a separate one. Wheel and Ulanzi device art is NOT from this file - see 0c. ================================================================================ 0c. Device art made in-house The Ulanzi device mockups (4 images) were made by the SimDeckOS author from base product photography. No third-party claim attaches to them. WARNING - the PXN GT One art is a DIFFERENT case and is NOT settled. It derives from the wheel PNG that ships with SimHub, and DeckVector's PXN geometry is, by its own header, "traced from the mockup art's alpha" - so the vector render is a derivative of that PNG rather than an independent redraw. Tracing does not launder it. The clean fix is known and cheap: the author owns the wheel, so re-shooting it and re-running tools/mockup-trace makes the provenance true rather than merely unfalsifiable. NOT installed system-wide - the app draws with it through a pack:// URI, so it cannot go missing on a user's PC and it does not touch their font store. MODIFIED, as the OFL permits. Google ships Barlow-SemiBold.ttf declaring `name` ID 1 = "Barlow SemiBold", which WPF reads as a separate family; the three shipped faces have ID 1/ID 2 rewritten to "Barlow" + the real weight so one family carries Regular, SemiBold and Bold. Nothing else is altered - the outlines, metrics, PostScript names and copyright records are untouched, and the Reserved Font Name clause is not engaged because "Barlow" is not one. `python tools/font-family-check.py` performs and verifies that rewrite. ================================================================================ 5.
